Peppa, Jojo, LOL, Mickey, Paw Patrol, and Color Crew

Still baking up oodles of character cookies over here!  Paw Patrol has been my #1 kid request for 2018 so far.  Can't wait to see what the littles are asking for next!

Just in love with this custom Peppa Pig Birthday Invitation by Ashlynn Elliff Designs.  It was the inspiration for this Peppa and Strawberries birthday cookie set.  Always fun to mix it up a little bit!

Until I was asked to make Jojo Siwa cookies, I had absolutely no idea what this was.  Still not sure.... but I'm told that the cookies were a hit!

The sweet birthday girl only wanted one LOL Doll cookie - the GOLD one!
More customized Mickey Ears.  This time we decorated them to match the Mickey's Clubhouse characters.  Each one customized with a guests name.  We also included a little ombre Mickey smash cake.

Seriously, I am pretty burnt out on Paw Patrol right now.  Alas, I have to make yet another Paw Patrol set this weekend.
I have never seen this cartoon either.  Color Crew cookies for one of the cutest little kiddos I know.

Getting Ready for the Holiday Season

There won't be any new Thanksgiving or Fall cookies sets this year folks.  The cookies pictured above are from last year.   My schedule is so full of regular cookie events, I won't be taking any November holiday orders.   Updates on December holiday cookies will be up on my facebook page soon.    If you have any questions about holiday cookies, please message me here

In the meantime, here are recent goodies I worked on:

Let's start with my fave - Gold, Teal, Purple and Chocolate!  Sweet 16 Drip cake with cookies.  The non-edible "Sweet 16" topper was purchased on etsy.

Another favorite of mine was this Supernatural Birthday Cake.  The wings are 100% edible!  Made from wafer paper.  I made each individual feather and colored with Wilton Black Color Mist (can you believe I still don't own a airbrush??)   Then I attached the feathers together using just a little water.   I inserted a real birthday candle into my fondant candle so you can really light it!  So much fun!

There were a few more cakes....
A not so scary shark cake inspired by
Another drip cake covered in all sorts of characters.  You can have whoever you want on your cake!  There is no rule that says you can't mix DC, Marvel and ladybug superheros that I'm not really familiar with.  Want to do all female characters and then throw the Joker in there?  Go for it!
Little cakes are fun too!  A sweet Cookie Monster smash cake along with another set of sesame street cookies.  And this time I got to add Oscar the Grouch.

Moana themed smash cake (fondant topper) along with some simple Moan cupcakes.
Not into cake?  There are plenty of cookies too:
MORE SUPERHEROES!!!!!  Green Lantern, Batman, Superman, Iron Man, Captain America, Spiderman, Thor, Hulk, Wonder Woman, The Flash all on cookies!!!!  These #1's were big!!!!!!

For the littles we made Construction Cookies, Peppa Pigs in Pink and Red with Crowns, Cowboy or Cowgirl?  for a baby shower, Disney Descendants and more Trolls along with some golf cookies for a combo party.

For the big kids we made an Engagement assortment (Thank goodness she said yes!!!),  Lipsense cookies (FYI I love Lipsense), New Home assortment and a whole lotta logo cookies.

Summer Catch Up Post 1

I have really been enjoying Summer with my family (in between cookies and cakes of course!)  So much so that I haven't been neglecting my page - yikes!  I'll be working on new tutorials for the Fall season, but until then - here's a look at what yummy treats have been keeping me busy:

Top photo:  Lobsters, Lemon and Corn on the Cob  Apparently, they have a Lobster picnic every year - how cool is that?  I wasn't invited, so I'm a bit sad, but I really feel like that's a tradition I can get behind.  Love the lobsta!!!!!

 Poker Chips and Aces cookies.
My most challenging set of the Summer- incorporating Military, Patriotic, and Lineman themes.  ....and then make 200 of them :)
Good ol' Hot Wheels and Barbie.  Feeling very nostalgic.
I've made a similar set of these Baptism cookies before, but this time it was for twinsies!
Daniel Tiger and all his friends!
Elmo and Dorothy (I wasn't really sure who Dorothy was), for the sweetest most adorable Nora ever!
Some variety shots of cookies I've been taking to craft fairs.   All my friends are here: Darth Vader, Spiderman, Superman, Spongebob, Batman, Groot, Stay Puft, Minions, Unicorns, Rainbows, Trolls, Mermaids....it goes on and on.   Baby Groot is my fave.
Peppa Pig and George and Georges Dinosaur of course!  Oh and muddy puddles!!!!
