Yep, I had to make another Frozen cake. But this time, it was for the cutest little girl in the world (no - she's not mine). She's got adorable red curls and a ridiculous smile! 100% adorbs! So despite the fact that I'm completely burnt out on Frozen, when that cutie asked for a Frozen cake I just had to oblige.
This time however, there is NO Elsa on this cake! She just wanted Anna and Sven. And why not? Anna is just as much fun and super fitting given the red locks!
The cake: For Anna I cut and hand painted the fondant pieces using gel food coloring. The snowflakes and swirls are edible wafer paper that I sprayed with pearl dust. I adhered them to the cake, along with the edible pearls with a tiny bit of corn syrup. The cake topper is fondant, painted with food coloring and then sprinkled with disco dust. The cake tiers themselves are hand painted with diluted gel food coloring for a watercolor effect. Sven is NOT edible, just a toy.
