Black cookies aren't just for Halloween. Add some shiny silver and you have an elegant birthday set...or shower...or anniversary. These are pretty versatile. If you want that silver shine on your cookies, just use a little luster dust mixed with vodka, vanilla extract or lemon juice and paint it on - easy peasy!
