$5.57 Dinner for 4 - Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Bacon, & Pineapple Kabobs

After all the coupon doublers I am swimming in Bacon, Pineapple and Teriyaki Marinade!  I was so excited when I found this recipe in the Wegmans mailer.  Check out the full recipe here.

Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Bacon, & Pineapple Kabobs

What I changed:  I used the Kikoman Teriyaki to marinade my chicken breasts and added mushrooms to the Kabob.  I served these with white rice.

1lb Chicken Breast from Wegmans = $1.99

Kikoman Teriyaki Marinade $1.29 at Tops - $1.00 printable (used doublers previously) = FREE

Bamboo Scewers (from previous Tops Meal Deal) = FREE

Dole Pineapple $0.99 at Wegmans - $1/3 (SS 3/25) (used doublers previously) = $0.33

Oscar Mayer Selects Bacon - $1.00 printable (used doublers previously) = $2.00

Fresh Whole Mushrooms at Wegmans (1/2 package) = $1.00

White Long Grain Rice (1/4 bag) = $0.25

Total cost: $5.57

These tasted great!  Heads up - keep an eye on the bacon when you put these on the grill as the grease can really cause it to heat up fast.
